Spinach, Strawberry, goat cheese salad
I love this Salad it is one of my favourites it has so much flavour and it is healthy too.

The main ingratiation have tuns of health befits I have list some below.

Strawberries are good for  Eye Care, Arthritis and Gout, Cancer, Brain Function, High Blood Pressure, and Heart Diseases

Spinach helps with Good Eyesight, Age-related Macula Degeneration (AMD), Blood Pressure, Strengthens Muscles, Cataract, Atherosclerosis and Heart Attack, Neurological Benefits, Bone Mineralization, Anti-Ulcerative, Anti-Cancerous Property, Skin Protection, Foetus Development, and Protein Rich for Infant’s Proper Growth.

The nutritional value of avocado makes it good for indigestion, hair care, heart health, skin care, psoriasis, and bad breath.

Kiwi  is rich in copper and potassium. Other minerals present in the fruit include Calcium, Manganese, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Iron, and Zinc. Like Apple, it also provides dietary fiber. This fiber makes it good for controlling blood sugar, colon and cardiovascular problems.

What You will need!

For The Dressing
  • Olive Oil

Method
Cut up everything for the salad, and put it in a bowl, I like to leave the Strawberries last then sprinkle goat cheese on top

For the dressing I don't use measurement I just taste it until it tastes good. Put about 1/4 cup of olive oil, tbs of olive oile, tsp of mustard, and 2 tsp of honey then sprinkle salt and pepper. Taste the dressing you may need to add more honey, mustard, vinegar, or olive oil
